Dear Sir, I hv a credit card with Kotak Mahindra Bank. I hv paid all the amount bt still they have been charging above 2000/- against late fee with service tax where as I hv never been delayed in payment. Every they used call me for payment and when I make call no one is responding from their side. I am in a mentally pressure as they are disturbing every time. Please help me out.
