My Kotak 811 account has been freezed by RCU, I am following up with my home branch from last 2 years but nothing happened so far. I have joined Kotak group and I need to open a salary account which can’t happen without activating that account, as a Kotak employee it is really disheartening for me, please look into it and revert with a resolution ASAP, without it I won’t be getting the salary for this month. I have reported the same with my nearest branch ING vyasya house, mg road banglore.
Please make sure it should be resolved by Monday, or else I’ll have to escalate this further till higher management .
Since we are not allowed to use mobile phones in dealing room, I don’t have my CRN OR Account no. with me . kindly fetch the details with my registered no. i.e :- [protected]
