Kotak Mahindra Bank — Amount Lien reflected in my account

Address: Plot no 268 Tejaswinagar colony

Hi I have been charged with lien amount of 26593 in my savings account without any prior notice or communication. Spoke to customer care Visited home branch shaikpet. No body is aware of my query and unable to rectify my issue.
Home branch bank team is simple neglecting my complain and saying sorry we are helpless.

I need to know for what reason lien amount is reflecting in my account
