Kotak mahindra bank — Blocking money without prior information

My account was a salary account. But the salary stopped getting deposited in the month of April. Still the transactions in the account were on going. Today also I had a transaction, but from today's transaction an amount has been blocked from my account stating that now it is a normal account with a minimum balance of 10k. The bank should have given us a prior information regarding this thing. And not the amount that has been deducted, they say it's the service charge. From last five months no deductions. All of a sudden these changes are coming without even giving the customers any prior information.
