Kotak Mahindra Bank — Kotak bank credit card

I purchased a flight ticket using Kotak bank credit card. Transaction was successful but ticket got cancelled by the vendor. I have a mail saying they have returned the money to the bank which the bank has refused to pay me. Simply Kotak bank has stolen my money.
