I'm missed 4 months payment as I lost my family income due to pandemic and inspite of informing the Kotak bank and trying to get some time to make the payment again theyhave given Me a legal notice that will come and collect goods from my house to recover the loans.how is it possible in covid.banks don't think we are humans. Theres a pandemic and this is how they empathise.How do I respond to this notice as its mental pressure
During this covid and I'm pretty sure I'll get covid.
