I am sending you screenshots of the sanction letter and my additional post which I have been given a run around for disbursement.
I signed everything and been given just false promises of the disbursal of loan amount. Some one says it will be done within 2 working days and some one says pending approval from internal team. Some person says DD has been sent and some day I have been told that funds have been transferred electronically to my account with no credit showing up.
My name is Rronit kapoor and I have recently availed a personal loan of Rs.2, 53, 000 from your bank. I write this email with great disappointment in your bank and your employees that I have dealt with during the process. This is not my first complaint, I had earlier faced an issue with one of your verification officers who had threatened me to bribe him with Rs.2000 to provide a positive verification. After going through the stress of not knowing whether to trust the bank or not or if the loan is going to be affected by that verification officer, I had to spend a lot of time calling up the loan officer almost every day and most of the times my calls would go unanswered.I still have not received the disbursed amount yet and one instance they tell me it's processed and they have sent DD to my bank and amount would get credited in 24-48hrs later they deny saying this and tell me that it's pending internal approval for the disbursement. Such is the contradictory information provided to me which adds to the frustration level and shakes my trust in Kotak.
Such a setback now puts me in a fix.
I am appalled at the way customers are treated by your bank. When spoken to the Team Leader of the loan officer santosh, I have been informed that the loan officer said to his team leader that he has informed the customer everything including the pending internal approval .
As a consumer, it is my right to be given full knowledge of the product I am paying for by the sales person and it is an offense to charge me for something that I have not been informed about. I am out of patience now, having to deal with one issue after the other with your bank. I want an explanation right away I have lot of better things to do with my time then to keep running around in circles with one issue after the other coming up with your employees. I am a very busy person as I work night-shifts and during the day I have been concentrating on the renovation of my house, the reason for which the loan was taken. This issue is eating up precious time and energy of mine and I am at the end of my wits. If my issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will not hesitate from taking matters further but I hope it does not have to come to that. I have been put through a lot by your bank and your employees and if my issue is not resolved, I will ensure that I cut-off all ties with your bank and advise others to do the same
I just want you to disburse the amount as promised so that I can start paying emi's without giving me incorrect information about disbursal and delaying the process further.
I don't want calls from customer service asking me for paying of emi’s when I have not received loan amount.
