This is to inform, i am getting calls from Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd for which my friend who took credit card, i am not able to understand how can they call me & on what ground. Even after making them understand, we don't have any contact since he is out of country, however they are calling to my landline and threatening my parents who are sick. If i get any more call from below mentioned number i will take legal action as per law. Person calling & Puja & Sachin.Dongre

I am still receiving threatening calls from kotak Phoenix Trust FY11 - 5 Scheme C, phone no are [protected], 897, 896
91 [protected], for which i am not responsible, here after if i receive any call from above mentioned number. I will lodge complain & FIR against the same. This is last and final warning.

I am not sure, how the banking law is giving you authorization for calling and abusive any one who is not responsible.
