Kotak Mahindra Bank — Multiple deduction of money from my account.

I took a payday loan of amount 9613/- from Kotak Mahindra Bank. When my salary got credited on 09/06/2023 they deducted the amount and my balance was 17548. The same amount got auto debited on 13/06/2023 again. My account had a balance of 2300 and it got debited and the remaining amount is showing as -7300. I tried to contact them but no response. I need my money back
