Transaction decline of RS-150 but still amount deducted from my account & more than 48hrs will be taken & doesn't give back my deducted amount & also customer helpline doesn't work. & I dont know what to do

In kotak Mahindra Bank Baramati Branch
since last 2 month.
And I have deposited 2000/- rs for new account. but still haven't got account number.
I am unsatisfied about Bank service

when you opened this account with the said bank, you signed an account opening document where it must have stated that a minimum monthly or quarterly balance needs to be maintained.
The bank does not have to give you the notice to charge you any penalty for not maintaining the same. As it's your responsibility to maintain this balance for which you agreed with the bank by signing the account opening and maintenance form.
The charges are hence legal and standing.
But, you can always contact your bank manager and speak to him/her and state them that you had a dire financial situation for the said month like you explained above and ask for this penalty to be waived off. This can be done by the bank and if you ask them in writing, it will be even better.
Explain your circumstances and request for a cancellation of the penalty charge.
Please try to maintain your minimum balance as like explained above, its the bank's duty to inform you of the same and you will not have to pay any penalty charges.
