The bank has imposed extra charges on my loan account, which is understandable up to a certain extent. However, they neither called me nor messaged me about it. Instead, they directly started troubling my father by giving him calls. I understand that I am the primary person to deal with such matters, but why didn't they call me first? Later, they did call me and we agreed on a deal to pay 650 out of the 1500 amount they claimed, and they asked me to deposit it in the bank. I complied and made the payment. Now, they are saying that I still owe 450 more, but if that were the case, they should have informed me earlier when I had a conversation with them, and I have a recording of it. These Kotak bank people always resort to harassment tactics. Please, can you help me with this situation.
