My name is Abi John and I am from Baroda. I have a kotak securities trading account (6DBS3) with Ahmedabad Branch & have been using Keathprox for several years. I registered a complaint via mail on 8-Mar-23 to my RM, Mr. Vatsal Khatri regarding discrepancies in the contract note for trades carried out on 1-Mar-23. Since I did not receive any response, I sent reminders on 15-Mar-23. 22-Mar-23 & 31-Mar-23, but still I did not get any response. And since I marked a copy of the 3rd reminder to the escalation team, I received a reply from Vatsal aswell as from from Madhuri Chavda (Escalation team) seeking to have a conversation with me over the phone. I specifically asked them to revert to me with the revised contract note or send me the details of the contract in written via mail, so that it stays as a reference for the future. However, even the escalation team official Madhuri has washed her hands by sending the same mail again & again saying that they have tried to contact me on my mobile, without any success and that I need to call up on a number [protected].
I don't understand why Kotak Securities Officials are not able to resolve a issue related to discrepancies in contract note for the last 1 month. And why is that that even the escalation team Official is reluctant to communicate regarding the discrepancies in written via a mail. What kind of customer service is this ? And what is the meaning of escalation matrix when even the escalation matrix official evades responsibilities ?
All that I have asked for is a clarification to the discrepancies in one single contract note ? That'a not rocket-science, but your officials still tend to be totally irresponsible which seems deliberate.
Can somebody look into this ? or would I have to still keep on sending reminders and mails to the higher officials in the escalation matrix ? Was this information helpful? |
