Kraftly — refund amount of lehenga

As the seller was not able to fulfil purchase of lehenga from kraftly online shopping site, my order[protected] has Been Cancelled . Later I was asked to share bank account details for refund but I didn't get back amount at all. It's been almost 10 months and no response is initiated . As it is a pretty huge amount of 1399 Kindly help in refunding the same at earliest....
