Dear readers and friends, The website kraftly.com is not reliable for your shopping and buying stuff. The website provides poor delivery timelines and fake products. Even misplaces the products for earning profits to which they refuse to return. The customer care does not care about anyone and never contact back for problems.I ordered a cover for my sumsung j7 but they misplaced my product bad. I ordered a cover with printed dollar signs on it as I was really bored of my old cover which I have been using for 2 years. The estimated delivery was supposed to arrive in 3-5 working days but it reached me after 8 days after of booking it. When I opened the package I found my cover to be misplaced and I freaked out on it not because it misplaced my order but somehow they gave me almost the same cover that I have been using before. I checked it on the website and found it to be much lower price than the one I ordered. I ordered a complaint but no actually contacted me or anything for this problem.My experience had been pretty fine as I have ordered 2-3 products and they came out to be fine but after this incident, I am never going to use this website ever again. Maine jo driving sunglasses dekhkar order kiya tha wo aane ke bajay low quality sunglas aaya hai.

Poor quality and damaged. No shape poor delivery of product the sunglass was low quality and no safety...Also no any wallet for sunglass it is not fit in face
