I ordered a shirt for INR 768 but i received a cheap quality product.
i am waiting for the refund since 31st July 18.
they have cheated me, their service is very turn pathetic . I had to spend my hard own money to return the product. please help me to get my refund

I called customer care no one answered my call. It took long time for me to reach them I have been trying to speak to them for 2weeks no help at all.

Kraftly Customer Care's response Dear Team,
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, as per your mail regarding order no [protected], order is delivered to seller and we have added the order for refund but as per the confirmation from the accounts team order refund is not processed due to some technical issue.

Hence we have mailed buyer to share his bank details so that we may initiate refund in bank account, once shared we will initiate refund in buyer's account which will get credited to his account in 7-10 working days.

I bought a white colour shirt having blue colour collar paying Rs.687 plus shipping charges. In first washing the blue colour from collar spreading to the white shade area
So it was unusable.
My advise to all people to avoid to but Kraft products if the company does not replace it and redress my grievence
