I am anakha hailing from kayamkulam, currently a bds final year student of govt dental college, calicut. On my journey from hometown to calicut, this 22 september, 2019 (Sunday), i had an unpleasant experience from the bus conductor while i enquired about my bus timings. His tone was very rude while i called him to enquire about the current bus location since i was waiting on road. Subsequently, he switched off his phone leaving us worried. He was also very arrogant without any provocation to my brother.
