Tomy manjooran age 70 sending this complaint against kurtc bus a/c no. Jn 348 towards palakkad at 11.10 on 21.12.2017 at edappally. I entered in bus asked to have a seat just behind driver where an old man's logo was there. I asked for a ticket to palakkad, conductor not possible to give seat. As i am aged and unable travel standing i asked immediately to let me get out of bus.
It was horrible to hear bus cannot stop. Driver asked me to get out where no bus stop 2 kms away. Not to trouble others i got down and took an auto to next stop.
