I was travelling from aluva to annamanada on 1st june 2019. Conductor insulted at me infront of people for giving the bus fare after certain distance. The conductor was a lady and i was sitting in the window seat when i try to give money, she is not looking at me and not giving ticket, she is not looking towards the window seat at all.
The bus starting from aluva at 6.45pm to mala. The conductor is a lady and she is very irresponsible. She is walking in the bus and collecting tickets from people who standing and sitting at the end. Was this information helpful? | 
We are paying double the amount only for this additional services of AC, Powerpoint & speed. But what is the use if not providing the services correctly. Only the payment is taken correctly.
