I Manoj Damor purchased a pair of Lee Cooper Shoes Model- LC1473E in Brown Colour on 16 Feb.2020 from SHOES PORT Shop, GSTIN 08AFSPB0894C1ZGTel. No.:[protected], Bill No.: 5149/16.02.2020 for Rs. 2800 After couple of weeks I saw that the sole of the shoe sarted cracking, covid19 lockdown started I haven't registered a complaint to the shop, I will have to fix it from anywhere else. I don't understand that after spending 2K & so on a best brand I have to suffer this much. Can you help me out or should I think this is the customer relationship policy of the company?
