I purchased a lee cooper jeans at end of june from big bazar. I wore it for the 1st time last week and it tore away. The jeans is of so bad quality that it is getting tore even if i stretch it a bit. I tried to contact the customer seva desk but no use as i had no bill, they didn't even bothered for alternative solution. Is this the quality and customer service they provide? If such multi retail outlet do not hear grievance than what's the difference between local stores and them?
