HELP ME
I have purchased a new laptop from your company which was delivered to me on 09.05.2024. I could not check it because I was out of station for office work.
I had checked the laptop on day of my return 17.05.2024, it was defective. I had contacted the local customer care centre. They ask us to contact customer care. I have registered a complaint for a defective laptop. (Repair ticket number [protected]) as on 17.05.2024.
After waiting for 10 days customer care inform me that they have NAZI policy that even if we delivered defective laptop, we don’t replace laptop after 7 days of invoice date.
Now customer care informs me that they don’t have spare parts in India. Pls tell why your company sell such product in India whose spare parts are not available in India. I am very disappointed by company behaviour for customer.
Now 16 days has been passed since registered my complaint and no one bothered.
I would appreciate it if you could take immediate action to rectify this situation. I would like a replacement of laptop. I would also appreciate an explanation as to why the laptop malfunctioned so soon after purchase. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
