LG India Ltd — AMC invoice not received

Dear Sir, Madam, With due regards I would like to state that I had purchased an AMC for the newly bought washing machine ( LG Front Loading ). I bought the AMC by paying Rs. 5216/- in cash. I received an email with the following details: AMC Form No Product Model Serial No AMC Start Date AMC End Date AMC Amt 14030316 WM F10B8NDL2.ABWPEPL 412PFUH[protected]Mar-2017 08-Mar[protected] It was also mentioned "You will receive the original invoice in 30 days." However, it is 4+ months from the date of purchase, till date (14th July 2015) I have not receive an original invoice. I called up the customer care 2 times, they said I will get it. As recent as yesterday I called up and a lady manager in the support center said that I will get a call back within 3 to 4 hours. However, I never received any call till now. i am also facing the same problem
Yesterday, when I called up the support center ([protected]), a lady manager(she claimed she is the manager and her name is Kavitha) said that she will call back within 3 to 4 hours. She said she will call the area service center and resolve the issue. I didn't get any call till now. More than 24 hours now. It means she lied to me. No customer would like to be lied. Moreover, I am not asking anything for free. I have already paid for it and I should receive the accessory.

I don't think I should be calling here and there to get the thing which I bought. I should have received it immediately once I made the payment. When the service engineer comes they come and ask for the document.

I made the following purchase and paid AMC (details below). But the AMC invoice (even digital copy) has not reached me till date (40+) days . I have painfully tried all means (customer care, WhatApp etc) and several times. After desparation posting it here.

Product Model No. LED TV 55NANO86TNA
Date of purchase : 11-Sept-2021
Issue / Query details: I have paid for the extended warranty with AMC#15436892 on 14-Sept-2021. Please arrange for the electronic copy of the invoice at the earliest. The link shared is not helping and throwing a mobile number/AMC number incorrect error.
