We bought a washing machine last year from LG. Its a front load machine. On the day they came to set it up at our house, they promised extended warranty and charged us additional 2-3k for that, saying they will visit every few days and check the machine.
The machine is really bad and many of our new branded clothes when washed in LG, came out with small holes.. We have already lost more than 10 shirts/tshirts. 2 blankets (ac blankets), 2 bedsheets and 3 trousers.
We requested them for checking the problems. After many requests, the service person came and said machine is all ok. The service is so poor, that everytime we request them for service, we have to call them many times. and wait for m
any weeks.
1 year service was free and we paid for 2 more years, but actually there is zero post sale customer service.
They said we will come on our own and they dont even come after repeated requests.
I am sorry to say LG is the worst machine. it is sad to see your best clothes getting torn. Was this information helpful? |
