Libra Bus Service — rash driving and not punctual of time

I am travelling from ludhiana to jalandher in bus no. Pb 13 af 9307. At 11:00 a. M bus started from samarala chowk (Ludhiana) and its 12:20 p. M they haven't reached phagwara yet, and then they drive very fast to fill the time gap. This is the only reason why we all prefer roadway or prtc for travelling.
