after the application for the withdrawel of my policy they took 1 month & after that they says that their is a computer problem and it is showing less amount than what should we get.
Because my argency of money i took that amount but they ensure me that they will solve the problem & give me my rest money.After that also 1 month has gon their is no reply.I have submited a latter to lic about it & i had aproof about it.

We contacted that Lic agent & now a days he is also ignoring telling there is some problem & its now becoming too much because its now more than 1year late and even that in every we are paying our premium.
I have humble request to pay my maturity ammount to bank & give us a conformation and also take a serious action on that agent.

LIC office at arthur road naka Mumbai 400011 is very pathetic .

most of the times the system never works . aso there are 2 counters which if full with very long queue

service is very sad and bad . they are so slow in their work that we have to waste hours of our precious time in very long queue .

Here the computer always fails, network fails .
Also the chinchpokli branch ( near voltas - Mumbai ) is closed so too much rush at arthur road naka branch .
either increase the counter here or close this branch as it is of no use
its a complete waste of time here.

LIC should work for peoples convenience not trouble people.

I sent an Email to LIC to know the final amount what I will get in 20th year, It's been more than 10 working days, I did not hear them.


MY question was:

1. What amount will I get after maturity ends i.e in 20th year ?
2. How do you calculate Vested Bonus ?

i have to recieve a cheaque of rupees 15, 000 in year 2005 from branch office 116 on behalf lic money back policy but i have not recieved it yet(2009). i have complained about it at the required branch but i have not recieved any response regarding my complaint. i am moving out to lic office from last 2 years and they just enroll me with the word that i will recieve the money soon .but after 2 years of defence they shocked me with the word that your cheaque had been delivered and the cheque of rupees 15, 000 having cheque no.337696 dated[protected] had been encashed onto my account but i have no bank statement of the deposite money yet hearing this shocking ststement i decided to drop a written complaint. my inward no. of complaint is PH/2007/001350/OS dated[protected] but even after that written complaint there is no action taken on this regard and now after facing this problem for 4 years i am tend to move to consumer court for the same soon to get my required amount of rupees 15, 000 with intrest. it had been 4 years for me to resist my patience but now the only way out is consumer court so if possible am trying my last luck hereby before moving to consumer court.

On persistent pursuance from LIC Agent, I purchased a Policy last year. The Agent earned handsome commission on the same and gave regular visits for 2/3 months for collecting premium cheques. But now the agent is disappeared and instead asks to deposit the premium at the the nearby LIC offices.

I wish to take action against the Agent and wish terminal of all benefits to him being accrued by him from the payments being made by me to LIC. I would even welcome cancellation of his agency membership from LIC and deprive of all benefits he may be getting on the premium being paid by me on my Policy.

Please suggest the course of action against such unscruplous Agents. Is there any action that will curtail their irresponsible behavior?

I have four policies of LIC INDIA which are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. Last year i had given a request letter for transfer of my policies from SAHARSA TO DARBHANGA 53D BRANCH.But nothing has happened. once again i have given a request letter to SAHARSA branch on 17th feb 2010.But till date nothing has happened.I am working in private sector.My company is not providing much more leave to go saharsa and followup the same.
So i request to you kindly do the needful.

Last year i had given application letter to LIC OF INDIA, SAHARSA branch for transfer of my policy no.[protected] to DARBHANGA 53 D branch. on 17th feb 2010 once again i had given a request letter to SAHARSA branch, but branch manager of SAHARSA told me that he had sent document through online,though branch manager of DARBHANGA 53 D branch is not responding & simply saying i have not received any thing regarding this.He is not even checking this & harassing me.

Lic policy issue — LIC Policy cheque transferred to others policy account

Dear sir/Madam,
I am sorry to report you that for the last 1 month my brother saurabh kumar have been following up with your dept. to get the required details.And I too had reported the issue on the LIC portal since last one and half month for my policy status as currently I am in Tokyo Japan the same has been taken care by my brother he has been moving from dept. to dept. in your JEEVAN PRAKASH BUILDING 25 KG MARG and other branches in Nehru place Delhi.
I have been calling to india for the LIC premium certificate but your dept. says the policy has been lapsed

Case 1 For 2008 Feb premium refer to Complaint No: 226938 Date: 18/01/2010 on LIC portal and as given below for your reference

I have made the payment from my ICICI bank account but how come you people work in such casual manner when I have provided the bank stmt. also even then you are telling that the premium has not been received.After repeated call and follow up it was recovered that the policy payment has been done. There is no professionalism, you people only need the policy payment on time but there is no security wether it is safe or not,Still in the LIC portal the status shows that my policy has been lapsed.From Jan 2010 onwards I escalated the issue on LIC portal for my premium receipt for submission in my office for TAX saving but I coludnt.I and my brother has wasted his time and money for this issue.He meet Madam Anita at your office but after few follow up so went on leave and threre is no body accountable for resolving the issue.
What a nice system you have in place?
Can sombody be made accountable for this neglicance

Case2 For Feb2009 permium

I myself had submitted the ICICI bank cheque in your LIC branch to the employee there for the premium of Feb 2009
But now after more than 1 and half month my brother found from your dept that the payment has been done to some other policy account

Peolple like us are taking policy from you but no body seems to be resposible for the problem that has been identified.

My policy no.[protected] has been not returned back to the INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK MUZAFFARPUR AGHORIA BAZAR BRANCH deposited as gurantee while taking vehicle loan now loan has been cleared informed by bank through letter no dated 5-2-2010 and policy is likely to be matured

Dear Sir,

I the above named has policy ( No.[protected]in lonavla branch ( code 95c). I have received letter from the branch that you are due for payment of survival benifit on 23/03/2010.

I have not received the cheque till date. I had called Mr. Gulave (cell no. [protected] through whom this policy was taken) for enquiry of the same. He is not able to give me the correct information.

In view of the above please guide me to close the matter.

Further to this please guide me for transfer policy from Lonavla to Pune office.
