I have purchased shoes before 15 days from limeroad then i observed right shoes back side gum joint breaking then i called to limeroad customer care they told me our return policy are 7 days from delivery but when i order time ask to customer care they told me if after 7 days defect in product so you can return the product that basis i have purchased from lime road...

I've made an order on Limeroad. As the product was not as expected, as suggested I placed my return on Order No. [protected] and as was picked up by Delhivery Aizawl from me. When we track from the Delhivery office it was delivered DTO on Jan 23, 2014 ref. no.[protected]

But, i have not received any amount refund till now.

Can you make it as soon as possible....

My refund amount has been transferred to LR credit as refund mode. i had not selected this LR credit option, then why transfer my money here... Kindly take my personal account details and transfer money to my personal account...other online shopping companies do offer this option then why not limeroad. I want my money in my creditcard not in lr credit. I don't know how to use the amount in lr credit....

I just wanted to complaint about how rude your people are. you ppl shud improve the deliver service. its really bad how they reacted to us days before.

I have ordered a pink crepe dress material. they delivered a wrong dress material color navy blue and brown. there is on similarity with the ordered product .and the main thing the company and their service department cant take responsibility.they ignored their duty. ill mannered employee and delivery boy...so pls stop online marketing from Limeroad. it is total fraud case ...beware of limeroad .com...

I had ordered kurti on limeroad, they sent me bad product and now after several requests to take it back and reinverse my money or credit back to my account, they have not taken necessary step...They rarely pick up phone calls to resolve any issue. They have sent me duplicate and damaged product. I just want to return it back and get my money back. Kindly help me....

I am suffering from a very bad situation.i never suggest anyone to shop from limeroad.com, bad service.they don't refund the money as well.they only acknowledge the mail and harass the customer as much they can harass. very very dissatisfying company.
i purchased a product .that quality is very bad so i returned the same and apply for refund .product is picked and as per them my refund was initiated on 1.1.17.but still i have not receive...

I have returned two of the products I bought and the return was obtained within that evening. It's been almost 2 months now and the refund status says refund processed while I got no intimation regarding the same from the bank side or from limeroad's side. They are worst shopping site i have ever came across. Firstly their app isn't stable and their customer care is useless.

I have ordered a shirt in the offer of buy1 get 2 free. I have done payment using my debit card. The transaction was done and i got the message from my bank for the deduction of the amount. I have ordered an product on january 1st of 2017 till now i did not get it delivered. the courier service who was inturn attached with limeroad was DELHIVERY_SURFACE ...its has been late though dey have been calling and asking the address even i mentioned at d tym of booking and later on saying that v had a prob vl deliver u in d mrng..worst courier...

I have placed an order on 28th Dec, 2016.I have paid for the amount through net banking..My amount has been deducted from my bank account.I have used the limeroad credit also..But shockingly in MY ORDER option, there is NO track of that order, it's showing the last purchase that I made on 26th Dec.Then what about my 28th Dec's purchase???
