I purchased a pangolin luftmaske from the company's own website which was shipped in May 2021 with order id 28924. I started facing issues with the product as it not performing as promised and was falling apart almost immediately as compared to the sellers claim.
I emailed the seller with detail explanation and product photos of the issues I am facing with their product and they refused to offer service and are not responding to my queries for more than 2 weeks as of now. As seen in photos, the nose seal is broken and ear loop strap elastic is falling apart. The seller claims on the product webpage the product lasts for 175 daily uses. The product has been used less than 25 times and it is broken and unusable and being a face mask, a health hazard. I would like a refund or new replacement for this defective product.
