mseb staff unable to receive phone calls.

On a power surge issue a individual usually tend to look for the reason why there has been an inconvience but apparently, the consumer voice is being ignored eventually. Mseb office, dehu road branch does not entertain any phone calls, or rather they simply ignore the calls and do not register the complaint of the consumer, which should have been done. Even after several hours of calling, no one is responsible enough to pick up the phone...

high electricity bill for the month of july

voltage fluctuations & low power at night

Inspite of contacting & complaining concerned lineman, the voltage fluctuations problem has not been solved yet.in evenings, the situation worsens to low voltage. This happens regularly, as a result clinic lights get recurrently defective. I fear ac capacitor may also get damaged if problem persists. new connection 3 phase meter shortage

We have requested for a new mseb connection in kharadi, pune (Sub division - wadgaon sheri)
The quotation charges have been paid on july 31st 2017 but now the authorities are saying three phase meters are not available/out of stock since march 2017.
All the new connections since march 2017 are pending.

Why are the meters not produced in good quantity?

street lights are switched off too early in the morning

Street lights on JP Road along the sea shore at Versova are switched off very early, now a days the sun rise is at 0620, The street is in total darkness even at 0600hrs.
