electric pole in side the road.

There is one pole inside the road near mukhbadhir school on road no 1 adarsh colony, tingarenagar.

We have so many time make oral complaint with mr. Patil sir and shrikhande sir
But till time there is not any progress.

At the night this pole is so dangerous to vehicles. It may take life of people who did not seen in the dark night.

So please look into the matter save life to some one....

frequent power failure

There is no electricity at my place from last 2 weeks. There is some problem on the pole and the mseb titwala office says its raining so they cannot climb the pole. I have atleast 50+ calls, lodged the complaint at least 5 different times but they are not ready to help

wrong address in mseb electricity bill

In the new connection form i had filled up the correct address, but when i received my first bill today on 20 july 2017, the address is completely wrong, how to get it corrected, no info is given online on their website. The address which was sent in the electricity bill is as follows:

meter disconnection without any reason

My meter was permanently disconnected without any reason. I was not informed before or after meter disconnection. No notice was given before disconnecting the meter. Bill was paid on time regularly. Last bill was of only Rs. 230. I have lodged multiple complaints online and in written also.It has been 3 months but still, i am not getting any response. I am facing daily loss due to their negligence....

electricity bill high bill amount

Hi, my consumer no:[protected]... Billing unit:4700/chaken sdn/rajgurunagar division. My electricity bill every months comes up to 450 to 470 but jully month bill is rs-1870/-even we only use fans and cfl bulbs same issue last 4- month old. Even we have given complains to electricity office many time but no any response only ignore me. Please help us, we are rented middle class family and we are not able to afford so much high bill......

Excessive bill amount

We are lodging a complaint related to our electricity bill amount. From last 3-4 months we are observing that we are getting excessive bill amount like 6000, 8000.. Light bill gets too high even we already closed the meter

Solar meter bill not received

We have installed Solar panels 10 KW at Shagun Industries pvt ltd and 3 KW at samarpit S No 33A Shivshambho nagar Katraj Kondhwa Road Pune 46 in December 2016. Net meter was installed on 23.03.2017
Till date we have not received bill with updated meter and no advantage of Solar has been passed on.
Complaint lodged with local authorities without any update and reason for delay.

Complaint regarding unsuccessful transaction of paytm to msedcl.

This is to inform you that i had paid my electricity bill through paytm. My bank has messaged me about my money being transacted. But paytm's message did not come nor my electricity bill was paid. But my money was removed from my account.
