Average high bill

Res sir,
I am on rent in shop no.2 at sai darshan Apt, vijaynagar ( grahak no.[protected]
Since last feb 2021 shop was closed due to covid n family pro. Still i am paying all meter bill online .
On September 2021 i see meter was stopped so i gv online complain ( com.id[protected]. After two months, They chnge meter on 4 December 2021.
That time they said they will calculate previous reading as per use...

Agri transformer failures

We are provided with 63 kva transformer but it had 125 kva load of 22 agri pumps, due to that the transformer fails every two months
Can we get shifted to new trans former over there or else kindly make it a 110 kva transformer

This is to inform you regarding a new flat I purchased in a newly constructed project of Vision Ace Society near Indira College, Tathawade, Wakad, the new meters were installed in month of Aug, 2021, initial few months correctly showcased zero consumption rightly so since the flat is not occupied till date without any occupants or tenants,

I was shocked to have received such high electricity bill...

Wrong Bill AC - 172004788317

AC #[protected]. Firstly I got wrong Bill for month of November 2021. Wrong Meter reading of 557 unit was mentioned in bill and amount of Rs.6240 CHARGED. Wrong Meter reading of 22613 had been mentioned. I had complaint about this with helpdesk and complaint number[protected] and[protected] were raised. Actual meter reading for that month was 60 unit which was mentioned in my complaints. I have been told that this will be resolved...

When we ask for them about notice to cut the connection the talk arrogantly and their language like Swearing and we all disturbed from this so i hope you will take an action against them people....

Application not processed even after 6 months

I am complaining about wrong amount due has printed in bill

I got the bill at the date of 8-1-2022 but when I check the bill. printed amount on the bill is 660 but when I calculated the unit with the rate it shown another amount unit used is 94 and according to the rate table which is given in the behind the bill it shows if it is between 0-100 then the rate will be 3.44 so after calculating the amount is 323.6 not 660 but why its showing more than expected amount....
