Mahanagar Gas — emergency number

Four emergency number has been provided common for gasleak, gas stop, fire. I tried ringing for gas stop in all four lines it is stating your call is important to us and i waited from 10 minutes but no reponse This is kind of reponse of emergency number if there is fire or gas leak mgl will respond after full damage has taken place. Please keep separte number for gas leak, fire and seperate for gas stop. Otherwise your emergency number is...

Hi,
I had applied for a new connection with the Mahanagar Gas at Kharghar.
the Requisite fee already paid at the time of Application.
initially it was informed to me that the installation will be done within 45 days.
but not its been more than 2 month they are just buying time by telling within a week it will be installed as they cannot come to the Building for one connection....
