I had raised a request for name transfer and I got a reply that the name transfer is successful and processed. Screenshot of the mail attached. The website still shows the old owner's name and does not show my name. Screenshot attached.
Also, mobile app has stopped working abruptly. It prompts to input mobile number and then simply displays error occurred and further nothing happens.
Please look into these issues asap.

Further the changed name is STILL not reflecting on the website. Latest Screenshot of the website is attached.
The helpdesk engineer who called me said that this issue is happening because of the my previous payment being stuck in their gateway. I dont understand what has name change got to do with previous payment being stuck. Infact I received a printed physical bill which showed my previous payment was successful. This issue needs a senior person's attention now as the current engineer is not able to correlate GUI access, payment status and name change in MGL's database.
