I stay in delhi. I have landline phone number[protected]. The phone is not working since from so many days. I have submitted the bill also but then also the phone is not in working condition. The customer care numbers of mtnl delhi are not working properly as i have tried so much. And on the website also in the complaint index the pop block comes which creates a stoppage while doing complaint and the the screen gets closed.
Kindly please look into the matter as i am senior citizen and have health issues as well. I cant go to mtnl office daily for this. Please help and kindly do the needful.

I have done 2 trasactions 1st is transaction no.-ipay/eshp/one97 communication/[protected]/7305 (414rs) and ipay/eshp/one97 communication/[protected]/7305 (414rs) but one trasaction has been successful and one is not successful and fund -414rs. Is not refund by paytm yet so please return my duducted amount on urgent basis in my account no.-[protected] (Idbi)

Sir. My landline no [protected]/[protected]are not working from last one month even complained number of time which shows how public under taking working in india and will even charge subscriber for the period phone was dead. Now i am tired by lodging complaints to mtnl i request higher officials to do needful so that i can avail facility of phone

I nawal kishore singh, house no-519, sec-9, rk puram _110022, new delhi owns a mtnl connection with no. 26192483 and broadband connection along with it. I want to you to disconnect the broadband connection, because no use of broadband of mtnl (Consumer no: [protected]).

Therefore, i want you to see the matter and do the needful as soon as possible and disconnect my broadband connection.

I have been port my dolphin connection no [protected] with other operator.
Still i am getting the bills while contact customer care they advise to contact sanchar haat. The sanchaar haat people internally don't know that who is responsible for this refund. While visited laxmi nagar sanchar haat they informed to send me to their landline refund branch again contact them then they told me to contact sanchaar haat idgah or cgo complex. Now i am unable to understand how my security will be refund. Mtnl dolphine people is not able to sorted out this issue.

Mtnl dolphin charged me rs 9819/- for internet charges they are not getting customers and not able to provide service to customer so there source of income is going down and down so they don't know where to earn so they start over charging on bills and if you not paid on time they sent legal notice to you. This is hight of looting to customers and nobody in there office to answer about bill issues if you ask somebody they will say go meet mishra ji and when you ask about bill issue to mishra he will sent shruti madam and if you meet shruti she will be busy in gossiping about their home issues its same like serial office office nobody is take responsibility to answer and too much busy in there own pvt works other than office works. Kismat ki kah rahay hai upper wallaya kay yaha andher nahee hai upper wallay se daro. If you not paid on time after legal notice issue they will charged you 21% interest p m wait mtnl your dolphin about to die soon.

This is to highlight you we have claimed for mr sanjeev k galagali staff id 40054 from galaxy criticare hospital at dombivli west on dated 26 oct 2017. Id no [protected]z at 1.30pm.

As per medsave officer from mumbai mr vinod (His contact no [protected]) it's approved, but we haven't received any confirmation mail to hospital it's stating that your claim is approved, on call they are only saying you will received mail within couple of hours, it's happened thrice with us, but we haven't received any mail, instead of having cashless mediclaim facility we paid money from our pocket for further treatments. Mail is already initiated by hospital to medsave and it's approved by mtnl officer mr khedekar also.

Whenever we called up for the follow up for the claims we got a always a false commitments from mr vinod from medsave (His contact no [protected])

Please find attached documents shared by galaxy criticare hospital and please find below mail for your reference.

Need your intervention on the same, it's a great help to us.

This is regarding data usage during the month of september 2017 for my mobile no [protected]. I do never use this mobile data for internet use and normal bill every month comes to rs 350 t0 375 as i use the seperate wi-fi services but september month billing is rs 1196/- which is very high, as compared to past months. On exmination of the data usage, it is surprisingly noted and informed to you that data usage for september 2017 upto 26.09.2017 was 34.2564 mb and suddenly it rose to 530.1873 mb on 27.09.2017. Data consumption as racorded by mtnl is nearly 500 mb in one day and 34 mb in 26 days.

In view of above, it is requested to look into and correct the discrepancies at the earliest.

This is in reference to my request to shift telephone line from shimpoli telephone exchange wide telephone number[protected], and reference work order no 61536 issued by magathane telephone exchange on 18th may, 2017.

Requested work order is not yet process and new telephone line installation is still pending. I have several request to your officers, mr. Rane (At[protected], mr. R. D. Yadav (At[protected], and also approached to dgm and gm but available secretary would not allowed me to talk to you, and she had promised to follow up with your officers to reply me on the subject and no further actions. Till date i have not concurrence reply in writing from any of your officers and let me know the reason for holding my telephone line shifting. It is almost 6 months now but work order remains the same status.

I am requesting you to kindly advice status and timeline and i hope you will take an appropriate action regarding the same.

The current bill has hungama entertainment ultd-dr charges, which i haven't opt for. Even if this is activated for some reason, it is without my consent.

Seems like this is a scam or it is a fault in the billing system.

I logged in to mtnl website to pay the bill online. My bill date was overdue (Sept 2017). I entered the necessary information and reached my bank site. The amount to be paid to mtnl was debited from my account but it said transaction was unsuccessful.

Please let me know whether your records have been updated that i have paid my bill

I have degrade plan from combo to only land line in hope that it may impact but still the local team is not any care of that.

I never subscribed this option. I have been charged illegally and i am not able to unsubscribe too. I fear that it would be charging weekly again and again.

Kindly look into this matter & do the needful by stopping it, pls. Or legal action & fir will be lodged.

I have a connection of mtnl broadband since couple of years. From past 6 months i am having trouble in using the wifi. I have already tried complaining a lot of times, and as usual there was no rectification for the same. I would request you to take action against this complaint and rectify asap.

Facing network problem in paschim vihar area for the last around 25 days and the only remedy provided by helpline is press '#002#' and then ok and then switch off mobile for 5 minutes. Done so many times but no magic is created. And today, after frustrating for so many days and talking to 'helpless' helpline several times, lodged formal complaint vide complaint number 966328. Let's wait and see, how they are going to help in improving the network.

I reena waliya r/o f-7/184, first floor sector -16, rohini new delhi-85 owns a mtnl connection with no. 27890198 and broadband connection along with it. I want to you to disconnect the broadband connection as well as the landline connection because o[censored]nsatisfied services provided by mtnl.

I am really fed up of your services because when i went to complain about my connection which was not working properly from last so many days there was no action taken on my complaints. I did complaint so many times but there was no response from you. Due to this i took a new connection from airtel which is working very nicely. Therefore, i was suppose to take an action due to your leniency because i want better services so i wanted to quit with this connection. For the same reason i went to posangipur’s office with letter of disconnecting but mr. Ram pal said that he cannot take the application because the reason provided was unsatisfactory services provided by mtnl.

Therefore, i want you to see the matter and do the needful as soon as possible and disconnect my connection.

The mtnl situated at marol andheri east mumbai is operating at very dismissal conditions. I went to submit my broadband connection at 11am the person in charge mr rane didn't turn up till 11.30am the watchman confirmed he is a regular offender and walks in only post 12noon. His delegate was also not in. How can we move to a developed nation when our government run companies do not adhere to any timings? How is public money justified in paying 7th pay when the employees are taking it for granted instead of serving us we are only troubled.

My phone was disconnected due to non payment. Immediately i paid money. Till now the services were not restored. My phone got disconnected on thursday[protected]. I paid the bill on the friday[protected] by means of cash at mtnl office near parliament of india. It has been four days no up dation and no proper communication from mtnl. I have intimate the same mtnl accounts department. Still they did not do the need what customer wants.
