Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [MSRTC] — I had reservation but bus didn't stop

As mentioned in the above detail, have booked the ticket from chandani chowk to Goregaon date : 07/01/2023. I had arrived ata the station(Mulshi Road, Chandani Chowk) on time, at 6:30am i have seen the bus and gave a signal to stop, but bus driver and Conductor ignored me and they went out from there. want to mentioned interesting thing that both have sat on front seat, how they can ignore me?, i have a proof of it.

after 15min conductor called me and said " we leave the chandani chowk, you had'nt arrived there", so i politely said " I gave you signall to stop but you but went out form there and now calling me after 15min of leaving chandani chowk" he said " wait for some time MAHAD bus will arrive there i will do arangment of you in that ". if needed, the proof of bus conductor callling also have.

he didn't done any type of arangement for me, after spending of 2hr at around 8:25 am Mahad bus came then took a ticket of ₹240, and reached to my destination by standing position.

I hereby request MSRTC to provide me refund, and take strict action against the conductor and Driver as We, deserve better service as the Tax payer and respected citizens of this State and Country!
