Dear authority,
Please find below ticket booked online (Ticket number) on 02-oct-17 for journey dated 04-oct-17 for bus service "shivshahi" for route nashik-pune.
The bus timing was 5.45 am but i was waiting at my boarding point nashik road til 7.30 am still the bus was not arrived.
After having a word with bus authorities from mela stand (Nashik road) they informed that shivshahi bus is not available and will not be sent from source mela stand (Nashik road) itself.
So if bus was not available why was it made available on msrtc online booking website??. It was so irritating to wait at bus stand for 2 hrs and giving wrong information by authority that bus will be arriving soon but it didn't.
So i demand full refund of my ticket amount 692/- as it was complete msrtc fault and i expect this grievance to be resolved asap without further questioning despite knowing it was fault from msrtc.
If you fail to do so i may knock the doors of consumer court and if required even approach media for this irresponsible and malfunctioned management by msrtc and unnecessarily costing customer for the service they don't provide.
