I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I encountered during a recent transactions on the MSRTC website.
While attempting to purchase a ticket, I encountered a technical error twice in the payment process. Unfortunately, despite the error, my money was deducted twice from my account, and the tickets was not generated successfully.
I kindly request your immediate attention to rectify this matter and process a refund for the deducted amount. I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
