[Resolved]  Maharashtra Traffic Police — Details of penalty imposed u/s 122/177 MVA is not clear.

I am parking my two wheeler vehicle in parking area near Swami Samarth Marg Dadar West flor last two years. Yesterday dated 10.03.2022 without intimating fine of Rs 1500.00 was charged u/s 122/177 MVA.

1) All my neighbors are parking the vehicle on the same road and they have not received any fine.
2) It is my first fine and as per sec 122/177 MVA penalty it should be Rs 500.00.
3) I have visited Shivaji Park Police Chowky and Traffic police office. No one knows who has imposed fine.
4) Violation is not clear. How can I know what was my mistake so that I can not repeat it again.
