Wrong e-challan for vehicle

I received notice of Police manual signal violation which is not done by me. The vehicle which is done the violation is different (can see on photo) but they put registration number of my vehicle so i had to pay challan which is not done by me...

Sec 122/177 MVA fine on my car

On dated 09/03/2024 I visited Crawford market with my family members, to drop my family members in parked my vehicle in front of Roopam stores for drop off as there were few other vehicle parked at the same place .
Mean while a traffic police came and fined me under Sec 122/177 MVA while I was seating in the car and was displacing my car to the valid parking location.

TNCCM[protected] You have posted this date, 13/02/2024 time 7:39 PM this is wrong challan, I did not even ask your police officer and they took out the photo of my bike and issued a challan. Challan number TNCCM23010205520- police manual signal violation

I just received the Challan number TNCCM[protected]- police manual signal violation .

I don’t know what is the meaning for this challan . I did not violate any manual signal.

So far I know that I went for hair cutting and parked my bike next to the shop wherein 20 plus bikes and cars were parked. And that place is not on the road hence no disturbance to traffic at all.

Hello, i have received a challan through sms saying 1700 challan issued when i opened the pdf for details it says, co passanger not wearning seat belt and police manual signal violation.

Speed violation e challan

E Challan ref no. HSPCC[protected] dated[protected] for speed violation against vehicle no MH18 BR 9917
Permitted speed is 74km/hr and violated speed recorded is 76km/hr.
There is the possibility of calibration error or human error. 2km excess speed is very negligiable and should be in tolerance limit....

Area of Public bike parking charges near Vegetable Market in Alandi

Not a single time this happen with me, the maharashtra traffic police should mark there chargeable area on public vegetable market in Alandi, Pune-412105. If all place is chargeable then the Maharashtra government should replace the market any other non chargeable area for public satisfaction purpose.
