Mahesh Jadhav — refund amount still not received

I had booked my tickets but due to corona virus bus cancelled still i had not received any refund amount. Red bus team said we done payment but still not reflected in my account. Please get back my refund amount asap. I am continue calling the help center of red bus but they said we done payment through merchant id you can go bank raised disputes against merchant but i am visited 2 times in bank and bank said we did not received such amount of money and second for clarification i am get bank statement from bank the bank charged for the same rs.118/-. Request you to please get back my refund asap.
