Hiiii myself Mahesh jadhav mn [protected], resi. Kalyan west. Today on 8/2/2022 at 10.15 to 11.45 Kalyan tilak chowk post office counter no. 3 male staff had done timpass on working hour. They had taken nashta for more than half hour in working hour without replacing other staff for people. They had no responsibility for jesht nagrik also. For doing timpass in working hour they always gives the reason of network issue. Staff has no value of customer valuable timing and no manners also.
