They had taken nashta for more than half hour in working hour without replacing other staff for people. They had no responsibility for jesht nagrik also. I had booked my tickets but due to corona virus bus cancelled still i had not received any refund amount. Red bus team said we done payment but still not reflected in my account. Please get back my refund amount asap.
