Respeted Sir/madam, i like to inform you that i have purchased my scooty rodeo 125 on may 2015 from one of the mahinder dealer name rinku motors, addr-golai n. 1, po/ps-digboi, assam, pin-786171, contact no.[protected].. in full cash payment along registratin money.first of all after purchasing they harrased me for insurance paper..after harassing 1 and half month they provide me insurance paper after ..its totally disgusting..secondly regarding registration..itss almost 7th month running i didnot got the registration slip neither registration card.dailly they they give different excuses and using slang words.i hv dne a grt mistake tht i had buy scooty from mahindra.i am totally disappointed with the mahindra group.thirdly now they asking extra charges in 2nd free serving, .what the hell is that.so kindly do some needful help and solve my problem as soon as possible.     Dear OEM Mahindra And Mahindra Please fallowing vehicle in total running 31000 km under this running vehicle given lots off problems & vehicle stand in B/D about 8, month ambuja cement time to time attend service due but vehicle is stand your authorized dealer Ralas motors 27/ 8/2015 for not availability off spear.Please advise why are customer purches vehicle & invest money. Note -Still we are waiting for vehicle after expending 2.5 lacks kindly look these matter on critical basis and resolve the complaint.

      I am Rajashekhar.Contact no.-[protected].I have a maxximo CRDE mini van white board which didn't give pickup easily & it will not go above 65KMPH in highway, so i complained to Anant Cars Showroom which is a service center at avalahalli kr puram.They changed the clutch plate, pressure plate, release bearing, diesel filter of my vehicle but it did not fix the problem. The next day smoke was came from engine side, again I contact to service center they said that is not an issue you can run the vehicle that will be resolved automatically, 7days later I went to the service Centre again to fix the problems and it has been 1 days that the employees there have tried to fix the problem by replacing canecters, rely & fuses with no improvement.They have replaced my vehicle ECU & found failure, Now the team of the service centre is telling me that i have to replace the ECU which was very costly that also I have replaced but for replacing ECU the service center is charging 2000 rs +tax so please help me and kindly inform your dealers to detect the exact fault in the vehicle and fix it as soon as possible by using only the needed parts my vehicle still in service center

In november i book new car Verito D4, from Dahanu sales office of mahendra, they committed me all false promise and ask me to pay all amount without delivery date, they deliver the new car on 29th nov 2015, the best part is they gave me car without Number plate and now they says once insurance amount slip we give to RTO then in next few days i will get my number plate... the point is my EMI started the day i got car but its no used for me, its just lying in my garage ... the team you have is very much fnot professional nor they got any training from your end i guess to talk to customer and give the right commitment the best part is when we try to contact your main branch in Boiser, Mr Deepak, he says to your sales team in dahanu, why you give my no to customer, i am failed to understand were to contact and get the detail when i will get no and why i should pay emi of car, which i am not using due to non number of car kindly look into it very urgent

                We purchased XUV 500 FWD W8, engine no: HHF4E17226; Chasis no: MA1YU2HHUF6E17600 on 31.08.2015. The invoice number is PAPL/PR/0612 dated: 05.09.2015 The Dealer has collected as RTO charges an amount of Rs.109016/- and even after a lapse of nearly 100 days the delaer has not yet registered the vehicle with RTO Indore. Repeatedly we have been following up and till few days ago RTO website didnt have any details of our vehicle. ie, registration no, chasis no, road tax reciept. etc... The local police have been stopping us and questioning us regarding registration and we are forced not to take the vehicle out on the roads. Also, our financiers are demanding for registration details and have been regularly calling us to provide the details. Also, within 3 months the central locking system has started malfunctioning and also the accessories the dealer has provided like chrome handles and grills etc... have started to come out. So far the attitude of the people at Patwa automotive pvt. ltd Indore has been very very casual. I request you to take up the matter with them so that they do not harass the clients. thank you

                        No proper service is provided by the dealer.vehicle xylo registration number mp 09 cd 6975 was given for altenator work, regular service and full general check up.vehicle was kept at the service station for approx 8 days and we were said that the work will be completed with in 3 days.late delivery was done to us.then after the delivery at around 3 days after the brakes of the vehicle were not working which could lead to some serious accident.so keeping the vehicle for 8 days and then delivered without doing proper work really shows the worse attitude and effciency of the company like mahindra.really bad status of the service part.

                              I have bought tuv300 t8 on 16th of Sept 2015, in the month of Sept the mileage of vehicle was around 11kmpl but after Sept the mileage drop regularly.company said mileage of vehicle is 18.49 km/pl, in 1st service i have complained about mileage then service in-charge told me that you will get desire mileage after 3 service it means after 20000 km.i think company and all members of shiv shakti wahan is cheating us.

                                My pickup vehicle with Registration number KL 72 6454 met with an accident in the month of JULY 2015 and i dropped my vehicle in ERAM MOTORS, KANNUR for repair and service on 02/08/2015.
                                My Complaints are;
                                1.No communication from service department
                                2.Took 3 Months to finish the work and that happened only because i shouted at them and my workers went their service centre three times.
                                3.Delay in starting work
                                4.Wrong communication from the service department where they initially sent an sms mentioned that my vehicle will be ready by 15th september 2015 and when i called them on that day they said no work has started yet.
                                5.Heavy loss of MONEY, TIME and ENERGY
                                6.I paid monthly EMI of Rs.14, 000/- for 3 month and my vehicle was in the showroom and i paid by taking money from financiers.
                                7.No intimation about the problems of my vehicle and parts to be changed and works to be done. Finally they given a bill of Rs. 150000/- two days back.

                                If i gave my vehicle to outside workshop

                                So i faced huge financial burden only because the ERAM MOTORS Management and i need the refund of my 3 month EMI which i paid to towards the loan.

                                  Dear sir, I have booked my ticket for pune to Hyderabad on www.abhibus.com for a bus called kaleswari travels for a Volvo multi axle bus. I paid around 1800rupees. When I boarded the bus I realised it is a ordinary bus and they were picking up passengers on the way in pune city for 800rs. My journey was on 10th Nov night 930 pm boarded the bus and i may reach by 12 pm on 11th Nov. I had to spend half a day in the bus on diwali day and go through the mental agony of not being able to celebrate the pooja at home. Please take serious action against abhibus and kaleswari travels for cheating the passengers. Regards, Rajezh

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I have booked TUV 300 in Tamilnadu and want to get it delivered in Delhi. the dealer in TN denies that he will not allow this to happen. I also have applied Car Loan from Mahindra Finance and it got approved so I am worried as if I force it, they might cancel my car finance and I would need to start all over again and it will take another 2 months and by that time, probably my car delivery will be jeopardized.

                                      I thought (and verified at the time of booking with salesman) that I am doing booking with Mahindra Company and i can get it delivered anywhere in India I want - ofcourse based on the location of delivery, I will par registration cost etc. But TN dealer is not allowing it.

                                      Please advice ASAP

                                        I bought a Mahindra XUV 500 - W8 in South Africa, Eastern Cape, Port Elizabeth from a dealership - MotorLand PE. Since having the car it has been giving me endless problems, the last was a irritating knocking sound coming from the front of which now at numerous times that I took it back can not be fixed. I have asked for a replacement vehicle as it is Cleary a factor fault and the defective product needs to be returned t the factory. I have send numerous e mails to Mahindra SA and the dealership to replace this car as it sounds like the problem is structural that can cause an accident once something breaks, causing death or serious injury. I have demanded replacement vehicle as this car is brand new. I hope that this can be raised up with Mahindra - Head office as their South African Branch is un helpful or incompetent.
