I had booked xuv 500 w10 with G3 Motors Nerul and before booking i was committed the delivery on 2nd huly 2015.i transferred the full amount of the vehicle to the dealer's account and i was commiited the delivery on said date.But to my dusappointment last minute they tell me that they cnt give me the delivery on the said date and will have to wait for more 5 to 6 days for delivery of my vehicle.I was very clear before making a booking that i jave to gift it to my son on his bithday and i was promised the delivery on 2nd july 2015 But last minute i was infirmed that i cant get the vehicle today.its very disappointing as i cnt gift it to my son on his birthday and i have already paid amount for a spl registered number for my vehicle.

    I purcahse Mahindra Quanto C-4 HR-51 AT-8254 on 22-Oct-15 & countinioulsy facing the problem till now. below are few Example a. Around 20, 000 KM inter cooler failed & changed b. Around 30, 000 KM Lockset changed c. Around 39, 000 KM again inter Collar failed & changed d. Around 45, 000 KM again lock set changed, because engine start automatically while inserting the Key e. Around 60, 000 KM Patrol Tank & Tank Line changed due to some engine related error f. Around 63, 000 KM 3 injector & few major parts replaced, issue resolved after 6 visit 4. Service done on 70, 000KM and coolant leakage from two joints(not damaged) on 72, 000 KM is owner fault or it’s a service engineer/service station fault Now the mejor problem is that engine got seized as per Mr. Satish rawat due to overheating which is absolulty wrong, beacuse engine seized car can't run & start. This is intentionally created teh issue by Mr. Satish Rawat for making the chargable invoice & they have done the same. Overheating problem was resloved by Service Station with two days & produce the bill under warrenty as per below SMS which i recived from Mahindra only, but Mr. Satish Rawat( Areas Service Manager) gives the defferent story of engine damaged when he knows that we toieing thecar self without know teh fect below read the below SIM & suggest From: DM-MNMSMS Received: 1 Jun 2015 12:34 Dear Customer, Your Vehicle HR51AT8254, Repair Order Number -RO16A001983, will be ready by 02-JUN-15 at 06:00 PM. Thanks - BAJARANG MOTORS Mr. Satish Rawat intentainally seving to delare because of his persaonl benefit beacuse we approched all teh delares at same time with the help of Customer and we have teh proof as well for the same. Thanks - BAJARANG MOTORS After this SMS i got call from Mr. Satish Rawat- Area service manager- Mahindra that Engine has been seized it will not in warrenty. as per my knowledge car can't statrt & run if engine are seized. Car was running very well when I handover the car the Mahindra Service station( can check from security) it was overheating so we used more tha 5 Pkg. of coolent for avoiding teh overheating. Now they billed around 1lack ruppes which is not possible for me beacuse I am a middle level person & purchase this car from my 10 years saving. I will also file teh case in consumer court, because Mr. Satish Rawat is pressirized me for making the paymnet where i have no single fault. I have all the proof against the customer support & delars and Mr. Rawat is saving to dealres (Almora & Pithoragarh) beacuse of his personal benefits. regards Manoj Bisht [protected]

We have purchased a New Mahindra Bolero 2 LX 2WD 7 seater AC & PS BS3, Chasis No MA1XX2GPKF2D68428, Engine No GPF4D84095 from your agency Ms Sant Auto Pvt Ltd. NH 20 Mataur Palampur Road VPO: Kachiyari Kangra (HP) in May 2015 for our lab at high altitude. We experienced that the chassis of Scorpio is very weak and used to crack while running in undulating land. The type of this vehicle is not suitable at rough land of HP. We have experienced that Mahindra used to give tyres of Make Bridgestone, Apollo, Good year which is true even now, but you have given tyres of local company whose name not known in market to our top quality Mahindra Bolero. Tyres have been recognised while receiving your vehicle. But we could not question without proof. Your tyre was puncture while plain road at Palampur (HP) and was reported and shown to the agency immediately.               Coimbatore sjb Mahindra has the worst sales team. the treatment of the customer is entirely different before and after the service provided.. The team assured 50% offer on the audio system... It's been three months they got the balance 50% and till date they they haven't provided with the system for our new xylo... from the first day the audio system attached in the car is not working properly... the response from sales team is highly ill treating... car is in the service center for past 3 days with no action taken... it's highly frustrating to visit the office and talk to the highly undisciplined sales team after giving the necessary cash...

                    Dear Sir/Madam This is for your notice we have recently purchased mahindra xylo h4 abs from MPL automobile in Chennai. from the date of purchase we have been facing lots of defects in the vehicle . for instant the vehicle cost is 10 lakh & 50 thousand its not a small amount. we didn't even have an seat belt notification in our speed o meter when we enquired about this to the showroom they didn't even know about seat belt feature in the h4 model . we have read the owners manual in that also they have mentioned about the seat belt warning symbol . we clearly came to know that lots of defects in the product . next issue is when the vehicle is in full load the gear shifting rod wobbling is there . the ultimate issue is when we drive the vehicle in heavy rain the rain drops pass through the dash board and fell in our legs. 1. total lack in safety feature Seat belt/ door closure notification symbol. 2. big trouble in the transmission /gear rod wobbling heavy in the first gear. 3.fittings are not up to the mark. 4.vehicle can not be used in monsoon season. regards kishore [protected]

                      Again the same problem... I had issues with the Clutch on Feb 22nd 2015.. The car wasn't a year old... I gave it to be repaired... There was a repair done.. Temporary ... And it was handed over to me. On June 1st 2015 when I was returning from Chennai.. The Clutch got stuck and I nearly met with an accident.. I then took the car to Jain Cars Vellore... And came back in a bus. Senthil from Jain Cars Vellore called me and told the issue is due to oil leakage which wasn't repaired by anant cars. He told its a fault of the car. I filed a consumer case and called Mr Shetty the general manager of Anant cars ([protected])... He told me I m in a meeting...please file what ever case u want to file... Don disturb me... Wat shall I do now... Is this how ignorant Anant cars is about their customers.. The car is lying in Jain Cars Vellore.. They Don care... And the General manager is super ignorant.. I don't want a car that gave me such huge problems with in 1.4 years... I need a replacement and a compensation for all the trouble I have gone through

                        Dear sir i own a new bolero zlx model in 2012.its only done 22000 km and it make too much vibration and noise.I complainted, they changed some body bushes.and now again it vibrate too much. I think problem is poor ECU mapping or desel injector because at higher rpm noise and vibration become normal.so please solve this problem . otherwise I will approach consumer court.                               Respected SIR, I want to bring your kind attention towards the cheating trend of companies in which MAHINDRA TWO WHEELER PVT LIMITED is one of them . I purchased the bike of MAHINDRA company one and half year back . I opted to buy this motorcycle because the authorized dealer and the company itself made very promising advertisements on mileage i.e 87 kmpl on highway, but now after I owe this bike I am really feeling cheated . From the day one I got this bike, it gave maximum mileage of 40 kmpl and sometime it reaches to 30 kmpl . And whenever I went for the servicing of my bike, mechanic used to say that it will get improved in the last servicing i.e after one and half year . But even today when I completed the last scheduled service, the mileage remained the same . I complained to the customer care of the company but they bluffed me by saying that they called me but I dint had time to visit the service centre. But the truth is I dint received any call from any of the responsible authority and they closed my case without solving it. THEY DON’T EVEN FEAR WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT I WILL FILE A CASE AGAINST THIS COMPANY . I am hoping for a justice from your side . Is it liable in India to cheat general public like us? I trusted this company because this is INDIA’s product i.e indigenous . I want that the company should pay compensation or provide me with a new bike because the new bikes that have been launched after one year is good in mileage but the first lot of bike was very bad which I bought and now I am suffering . Its really frustrating when the owner of such big company do not possess any management skills to service their product and listen to their customers problem and resolve them . The Mahindra two wheeler owner is escaping from responsibility. SHAME ON THEM . POOR THAN THE POORER. I came to know that many people are suffering from this problem of mileage in mahindra centuro bike, specially who bought this bike from the first lot . They are unable to fix this mileage problem, and so i want the company should pay me the compensation or exchange my bike with a new bike .                                 hi sir i m vikrant garg from bangalore.i visited india garage on st.marks road on 31st may 2015.on going there there was one mr vinod the sales guy.i had gone with my family.i have already picked two vehicles from there.since he would have seen me there he thought i have already come there seen the vehicle taken test ride an all that.then he din even bother to attend to me.as the new xuv has launched i asked him for a test ride.hearing that he with lot of attitude and disrespect replied that sir u have already come to the showroom taken test drive so i will not give a test ride and the old and the new car technically is the same.he behaved very rudely.he also said that the test ride vehicle is not registered so he cant give test ride.just befoe me i saw another couple come out of the same car after test ride.as a customer since the company has launched a new vehical wether technically or not his duty is to attend to all the customer and give them test ride.i asked him store managers no.he gave it and immidieatly called him and told him something.i tried reaching him.the manager also told the same thing that the vehicle is not registered so his employee must have told that.he defended him.sir is this kind of response acceptable.request u to please look into the matter or else loose customers...my no [protected]

                                  Have Mahindra Flyte two wheeler for past 3 years. I have changed the battery, buzzor, horn, carburetor, auto start button more than 3 times each in the last 3 years. Everytime issues are coming after the service delivery. Recently I got pissed off and Went to the shop to give for service on one Monday. They said "since mechanic is not available, only on Thursday, we can do the service". So I booked for Thursday and gave for service. My major complaints are 1. Auto Start is not working. 2. Even kicker is not functioning properly. Needs nearly 5 - 10 times to kick to start the scooter. They took 3 days to do the service. I went on Saturday evening and got the scooter back. They charged 515 rupees/- . Immediately I tried using "Auto Start", as usual it was not working. I went and asked immediately and they are saying "we must change the battery". I really dont understand, what were they doing for the last 3 days. They couldve called me and said me that battery is dead and we need to change it. But only after the delivery after 3 days, when I ask back only, they are saying so. Everytime they charged some amount for some service and scooter didnt perform any better. This time they didnt even care about the complaints we gave. Only thing they did everytime is water wash. I have decided not to go to the same service center anymore. I will also advise others not to consider Mahindra motors and this service center.

                                    since last 3 Year of my Mahindra Quanto C8 i am regularly frustrated. 1- On Delivery AC were not working 2013 2- After Delivery AC Not working 2013 3- AC Panel Missing after 1st servicing 2013 4- Vehicle got stuck 2014 5- Mirror Adjuster broken after servicing 2014 6- Power steering Belt broke down in mid of Highway 2014 no road assistance . belt changed paid again 7- Charged for servicing, except wash nothing applied .no oil no regular maintinance 2014 8- Pickup Issue 2014, 9- Break not working Panel & Oil changed 2014 10- Vehicle not starting 2014 11- Power steering Belt broke down in mid of Highway 2015 12- On constant follow ups, G3 Motors not able to issue Insurance renewal . i hope they are not interested. dont know its mahindra Issue or G3 Motors unskilled tems's issue. Guys before making any purchase from G3 Motor's kindly make a serious note.
                                    I do agree, I also own C8 Quanto from last 2 years, but not even a single day I feel comfortable with its AC.
                                    My Quanto is getting serviced only with single authorised service center at Gurgaon which is RR Automobile. This was taken from Sterling Motors Gurgaon in Jul 2013. Car is driven only 12000KM till now.

                                    I have visited several time to get it checked but all the time the engineers told it is ok. No sufficient Air & cooling coming till driver seat, just think about for the rear seat and last cabin seats.

                                    Also persistent noise from Left side is continuously coming and it is not even traced by engineer & mechanic why this noise and where it is coming from (exact part).

                                    At last I have decided to sale it out.

                                    Completely frustrated.

                                      i sent to my maxximo load to kiran automobile, pahari patna on 15 march. When i booked for servicing i told to repair some problem in which temperature metre is not properly working mentioned. to tell me all ok vehicle released on 17 march 2015. when vehicle was on road again i felt that temperature metre is not properly working. i immediately call to service centre Mr. Abu baker([protected]) replied that due to unavailability of spare parts i could not repair that problem. it means that in servicing your employee and service centre only consider to sell mobile and other parts not to remove actual problem. after 2 to 3 days due to temperature problem my engine got seized. now just tell me that why service centre released my vehicle without properly repair. who is responsible for engine seized. i will have to pay heavy amount mistake done by service centre. i think i did blonder mistake of my life to purchase mahindra maxximo as well as i sent to kiran automobile for service. now i would never suggest to purchase mahindra's vehicle . even i have decided to write on vehicle in big and bold letter never purchase mahindra maxximo vehicle. now just tell me that company will provide relief to me or not because i have to pay more than 28000/- . if i will have to pay this much i would not stop my mail here . i will sent again mail to your higher authority.
