I had online booked ferries at https://www.makruzz.com/ to travel on[protected]PNR - ABDJAL, from Port Blair to Swaraj Dweep),[protected]PNR - XKZMIR, from Swaraj Dweep to Shaheed Dweep), and[protected]PNR - KJLESB, from Shaheed Dweep to Port Blair). But I received a call on[protected] from makruzz that your all ferries have been canceled, so we are canceling your bookings and you will receive your refund soon. But it's almost two months now and after several follow-up calls and e-mails, makruzz is not refunding the amount i.e., 8554 rs. Please help me so that I can get my money as soon as possible. I have never experienced this kind of pathetic service and this kind of system where the refund is not processed automatically.
I have raised the complaint to Andaman Tourism as well. Now I will lodge an FIR against them and a case if fraud.
I have almost 28k held with them and need help to get the same recovered. If you got the money pls help and if you know anyone who can help, pls share the contact details.
