I had Booked Makruzz to travel from PB to HL on 24th Jan 2022.
On 10th Jan 2022, Andaman Government closed all the tourist spots of Andaman. Therefore I had only option left to cancel all my tickets of tour.
Therefore on 13th Jan 2022, I cancelled my Makruzz ticket. It got cancelled. I contacted them for the refund but they didn't gave proper response. they just told me that we have not started refund yet.
now its been almost 3 weeks and I didn't get any assurance or any date of refund. I am not even sure whether I will get it or not.
while booking they are not even waiting for a minute for the amount. but we have to wait and wait and wait for the refund. Was this information helpful? |
