I'm Extremely Frustrated With The Unacceptable Delay In Delivering My Maruti Suzuki Brezza ZXI 6AT (Red and Black) Even After Multiple Follow-Ups With The Dealer they are saying that this is due to shortage of supply. I had booked this car for my sister’s marriage purpose which is in last of this July. It's Now Been Over 4 Months (Booked On 17th February 2023)With No Resolution In Sight. I have visited the dealer, and he suggested that I pay money and replace the doors. My concern is that if, within 3 to 4 years, due to rusting, holes develop in doors, then what about my money value?
And when I raised the concern with Maruti Customer Care, I received the copy-paste answer, "Rusting is due to external damage/contamination"...
