Max — shoe sole been broken in two piece and came out after wearing 2nd or 3rd time.

I had bought a shoe pair from max some times back. Hardly i have wear that shoe as its kind of party wear. When today i wore for 2nd or 3rd time (Since i purchased) i started from home in a car, and reached my destination ib half an hr. That's it... After reaching my destination i found that half of the sole of the shoe is broken and it came put from the bottom of the shoe.
The other pair sole is also broken. Attaching the images for the same.

I need help that max take this responsibility and address my concern.
