[Resolved] Medanta The Medicity — Long Waiting Time irrespective of prior appointments

Sir,
This is to bring into notice that appointment was taken 2 months prior but still was advised to wait for more than 2-3 hours. Medanta team called a day before that a payment link will be generated but the link was never received. Called them proactively on the day of appointment to send the payment link which they were not able to generate due to un-availability of the staff who only come by 10. We went at the counter to pay 1 hour prior to the appointment time, but still they were not able to confirm the slot.
