Medanta The Medicity — Long Waiting Time irrespective of prior appointments

Sir,

This is to bring into notice that appointment was taken 2 months prior but still was advised to wait for more than 2-3 hours. Medanta team called a day before that a payment link will be generated but the link was never received. Called them proactively on the day of appointment to send the payment link which they were not able to generate due to un-availability of the staff who only come by 10. We went at the counter...

I got my baby photoshoot done by Raghav on 3 Dec'23. He connected with me separately and charged 8k. He committed that with this package he will provide album and photoframe. Its been more than 2 months, he stopped receiving my calls. Now he is not even ready to refund my amount. He is a very big cheater and fraud person. Medanta The Medicity — Complaining about the waiting hours and BPL

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
My father has a problem in his leg .He want to check his feet to Neurology Doctor . so he go with the application of CMO and with BPL and It took 3 hours just for normal check-up and doctor didn't write the medicine even and while they are taking CMO application and BPL .They didn't say anything to us but they themselves are talking like they are from BPL the consultants doctor will see him .There Mindset is very bad...
