Metrozip Pune — worst service - bus cancellation r29b/c from last 2 weeks

Hi,

From last 2 weeks, r29b or r29c (9:15 login pick up) cancelled on alternate days and employees are travelling by standing in one bus. No seats are available. All the employees are frustrated as no response from customer care to complaints. Many times customer care phone was busy or ringing but no one pick it up. Drivers are not cooperating and asking employees to contact customer care but customer care is not within reach (Number busy or no body accept the call). Are employees paying for such worst service? Metrozip management is worst. Planning and execution is failed.

R01A and R52 buses always get delayed by 15/20 mins. They have increased the fare but no improvement in service. They do not care whether employee reach office on time or not.
